our clients
are saying…
“In our view, they are quite simply — the best.”
Choosing Marcol was, without question, one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the very first conversation with Colin Guest and Jo Bugg to the final handover, their team headed up by Lee and Dale Barker proved themselves to be nothing short of exceptional.
They are truly master builders in every sense of the word. Their craftsmanship is impeccable, their attention to detail extraordinary, and their commitment to quality unwavering. Every element of our home reflects a level of skill and care that sets them apart from the rest of the industry.
What impressed us most was not only their technical excellence, but the pride they clearly take in their work. This is a team that doesn’t just build houses—they create homes with heart, precision, and integrity. They worked seamlessly together, communicated openly, and made the entire process feel smooth and enjoyable.
In our view, they are quite simply — the best.
